How it works?
- We receive your service request by one of our channels (Call Center, Website, Email, or Jawad Movers mobile application)
- Our dedicated international freight logistics specialist would be assigned to accommodate all your concerns related to moving, he shall conduct a free survey to help you all the way long until your shipment is delivered safe and sound.
- Based on the volume of the shipment and destination choose a freight option:
- Land Freight (for GCC Countries)
- Sea Freight (for large shipments)
- Air Freight (for small shipments)
- Send a transparent price quote. (No hidden charges)
- Upon approval book a packing date.
- Keep full track of shipment till cargo reaches its destination.

Note:
- A client has two options when requesting any international shipping:
Door-to- door: A complete service for your shipment from the collection from the origin until arriving to its destination.
Door-to-port: Shipment is delivered to port without clearance.
At this option client will have to personally clear the shipment, and pick it from the port. - If your shipment is not ready to be shipped, no worries Al Jawad will store it at their warehouse facility.
