Request and price details you can submit a request for services through the electronic application when you register to provide us with the required information, then the Jawad staff will see your request information in accordance with the above Privacy Policy and provide you directly with offers to provide services upon your request and you can choose the most suitable offer for you from those offers, knowing that the offers are subject to a validity date determined by the Jawad staff in accordance with the available dates. In case of acceptance of the offer, the reservation and payment of the full amount of the service will be made upon the provision of the service. You also agree that the final price is specified in the Al Jawad app as well as for external services fees.
Request
The request includes a statement of all the services you wish to perform, please fill in the statement accurately because the service provider ‘Al Jawad employee’ offers you an offer based on this statement. In the event that you do not wish to perform some of the work provided for in the service request, this will not affect the fees agreed between you and the service provider ‘Al Jawad employee’. If you wish to add some work to the statement when executing the service, the service provider will add the value of the added Work fees to your final invoice.
Payment
All orders are currently paid by cash to the employee or bank transfer to the horse and later by electronic payment.
Bank transfer, and our bank account information will be provided to you when you register on the online application later.
Electronic payment channels.
All financial benefits are in Saudi riyals.
The services or information obtained from or through the application, are services and information provided AS IS and as available, and therefore under no circumstances shall the application be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses incurred in connection with this application or its use or inability to use by any party or in connection with Warranties, negligence or liability for services, information or otherwise, even if Al Jawad or its representative is advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
Al-Jawad provides services on the electronic application and also contracts with the providers of some services to provide these services to our customers, so Al-Jawad does not bear any error in the provision of the service or any damages resulting from it or damage, and the responsibility of Al-Jawad in respect of this is specified in the service evaluation policy mentioned in the usage agreement.
You agree that the employment agreement is in no way construed as an employment contract, employment contract, agency contract or partnership contract, and you may not present yourself to any third party as an employee, agent or representative of Al Jawad.
